Berto's Job Description (Effective March 1 2010)
1. You will function as my Virtual Assistant. You are required to do daily work assigned to you at 6 hours day. Monday - Friday.
2. You shall function as an immediate supervisor to Ronnie, Rosellier. Because of this, you are required to know, master, supervise the work of Ronnie and Roselier, make necessary correction, recomendation on their work. you will be the quality controller of their work.
3. You are required to source out and prepare workloads for Ronie and Rosellier on a day to day work.
4. You are required to study, masterfully all the Bots and softwares necessary directly or indirectly related to
your function. You will teach Ronnie and Roselllier how to use the Bots and softwares if required.
5. You're accountable for Ronnie's and Roselier's work. Make sure they work 6 hours day. Make sure they produce their required work output.
6. You are required to prepare a weekly accomplishment report to be submitted every Friday night each week of all the daily work of Ronnie and Rosellier from Monday-Friday.
7. After Ronnie has finish his 2 articles per day quota -
a. you are required to get the Spinnable article
b. edit the article (put the html links that i will give you at the bottom of the article)
c. submit the articles using BlogBot to many Blogs
d. submit the article to many Bookmarking sites using SocialBot
Let me know if this would fill your 6 hours daily work. I may Add or remove some task But i want 6 hours a day work from you.
Rosellier Job description (Effective March 1 2010)
1. you are required to report to Ka Berto.
2. you are required to work 6 hours a day Monday - Friday.
3. you will do all the task assigned to you by your immediate supervisor - Ka Berto.
3. Make sure you are doing your work right.
4. You will do Profiling Work 6 hours a day - using PAID VERSION of Link Denomminator
5. I may add/remove some of your task to fill the 6 hours/day workload
6. Work on your own free time.
Ronnie Job Description (effective immediately)
1. you are required to report to Ka Berto.
2. your are required to work 6 hours a day - Monday to Friday
3. you will do all the task assigned to you by your immediate supervisor - Ka Berto.
4. Make sure you are doing your work right.
5. You main work is Article RE-writing using The BestSpinner
6. You are required to produce 2-3 articles within 6 hours a day assigned to you by ka Berto.
7. I may add/remove some of your task to fill the 6 hours/day workload
8. Total word count of the 2-3 articles should not exceed 1,200 words.
9. Work on your own free time.
