Although, we have verbally agree that we can let Ronnie join our team encoding,, after careful analysis on your and ka Berto's production - it found it NOT Feasible for Ronnie to join us. Below are the reasons.
1. I checked your daily production. How many profiles can you encode against your internet bill plus electric bill. If you can not double you're output then - not much will be left for you after payment of Smart bro and electric. So you and ka Berto will have to stick to one Smart Bro account. Shifting your schedule.
2. If ronnie will pay another Smart Bro and he can NOT encode so much to pay for the internet bill and electric then- he will loose and only get tired.
3. So tell Ronnie,that he can NOT encode yet. Right now its very much pratical to use one computer and one SmartBro to pay so you can save on overhead cost. and Some money still LEFT for you.
4. If we get another smartBro then this would double your overhead but very low output. May be after you are encoding faster and then it practical to use two computer and two SmartBro.
Tell Ronnie about it. BUT if you think its Profitable - after deducting cost then GO for it!
