Ka Berto, ka Nognog, ka Ronnie - im sorry to say, but im not very happy with how well you are performing.
i work 18-20 hours a day - analytical and resource intensive work - not just clerical work for several years to make dollars each day ( all of your work are clerical does not require much analysis and disposition and risk). I bet you all know how hard to earn a single dollar a day? Have you tried doing per per click? Have you tried selling at ebay? Have you tried selling gadgets from china? Have you tried blogging? Now - how much did you make?
For me, to earn at the same time learn - needs a lot of sacrifices. I expect that by March 1 2010- you are all ready to assume your work. As i have given you - your Job Descriptions. But what i can see is that - all you are not that serious with your job.
I did not have the same opportunity that i gave you all - during my learning stage. Im left but with no choice at that time. Spending, and buying and trying several books and tools with no income in return. I took so much risk doing so.
Im helping all of you to get a good earning source. I want to help you BUT you must help yourselves. Unless that you show me something that will impress me out of your performance then -
Starting Tomorrow March 01 2010 - All of you ka Berto, ka Ronnie, Ka Nognog are back on per piece or per accomplishment basis. Also - the adsense incentives that im supposed to give you is also suspended until you are worthy of it.
ka Ronnie - you get paid P200 per 600-700 words article (1-2 article)
- i will provide the articles
- everyday upload your work
Ka Nognog - you will encode 60 profiles per day to earn P150 (use Link Dominator)
- i will provide the profiles
- - everyday upload you work
Ka Berto - P200/day
a. encode 25 profiles per day (use Link Dominator)
- i will provide the profiles
- upload your report everyday
b. spent time learning BlogBot, Link Dominator
- Find at least 50 forums per day using followtopia. Then save to notepad. Upload it everyday to me. ( take this as your training - i need to check your work)

d. Setup and encode 2 BlogBot Profiles per day
e. I will have to wait until you are ready for your position as Senior to ka Ronnie and ka Nognog, to become supervisor and take and keep obligations.
f. If you have any problem doing your work,,then you have to find ways to make it more efficient (like replacing your keyboard - letters are invisible). I dont know how to rotate your schedule - but you have to find time to do your work.
Frankly speaking - i can have all your work sourced out to professionals at HALF the PRICE (no HeadAches and Obligation to teach you on my part and take some of my time) but instead I gave you the chance to work and earn some bucks. As i said - anyone is FREE to LEAVE and look for other job if any of you feels that what I am doing is NOT for your long term benefit. Im training you to be resourceful and ready and professional for the months to come. If you want REAL and better salary then LOVE your work - will pay you more if you are worthy of it.. Strive for excellence.Your choice.
