So i problem, atsu keka,your performance, your computer,your network connection. Nu talaga mabilis ka mag encode,at ala ya problema computer mu then each profile should be encoded 2-3 minutes. China, India people are encoding these fast using LinkDom. ka Berto, ka Nognog - there's so much to work on your skills.
if i encode using LinkDom - i can encode a profile for every 2-3 minutes maximum. Why, kc skilled ku kaya mabilis ku. Aim to be skilled. When you apply for work or accept a work from customer,,, you dont justify on so many things why you dont get your job done. if other people can do it at the same rate - then the employer will hire other people NOT you.
