There are some instances where you will not see the Registration page. I will show you example below on what to do.
Example site: EvonyPress.com
Blog registration 1 : http://EvonyPress.com/register
Blog registration 2 : http://EvonyPress.com/wp-signup.php
CONCLUSION :
If you DID NOT the luck using Blog Registration format #1 then change the format by removing the word on the last of the URL "register" and replace it with "wp-signup.php" - do this with the rest of the blog urls that you are having issues with registrations. if you have questions HIT the chat box!
